Your access to and use of the Website and our Telegram Bots is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Telegram Bots and the Website.

By accessing or using the Website and our Telegram Bots you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Telegram Bots and the Website.

Purchasing

If you wish to purchase a Basic, Lite or Pro subscription on the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment information (card or account details) and personal data. By proceeding with the purchase you agree to the processing of your personal data.

Age

By using our website and purchasing a subscription you confirm that you are 18 years or over. You are responsible for all your actions that you perform on our website and will be legally responsible for any violations.

Account & ID

Your Basic, Lite or Pro subscription may be used by only one person, one Behance profile, one Dribbble profile and one Telegram ID. The Telegram ID is attached to your cell phone number. If we notice any suspicious actions, we reserve the right to terminate your account until the circumstances are clarified.

Subscription

By proceeding with the payment you agree to the Basic / Lite / Pro subscription terms: the subscription will be automatically renewed every month on the day you purchased the subscription. Your subscription will be attached to your unique Telegram ID.

Subscription Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our bots immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Currency conversation

We are not responsible for any currency conversion operations that occurred during your payment process that may cause any difference between the amount deducted from your account and the price on our website. We have no control over the process and cannot change the default currency.

Taxes

The price of Bebbble’s subscription does not include taxes (e.g. VAT). You are responsible for any other fees and taxes related to your activities regardless of your location (e.g. withholding tax).

Refunds

You may manage/cancel your subscription directly from one of our Telegram bots. Keep in mind that your subscription for the current month will not be refunded once cancelled.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bebbble. Bebbble has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Bebbble shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
